I know no one is reading these, and that's really ok.
I just wan't people to know that if there is someone out there struggling who happens to stumble upon these messages that you're not alone.
I started going to therapy regularly for the first time. So far I think there's been some progress.
If you're young and still with your parents and you need to talk to someone who isn't your parents, ask to go to a counselor or therapist, or just talk to someone you trust. Don't just keep things stuffed inside until you can't hold it in anymore.
Don't let people in your head unless they're helping. Don't let people tell you that you are not good enough. Don't tell yourself that you aren't good enough. Don't sugarcoat it though: you are cracked and flawed, but the best part is EVERYONE is broken, we're human. Don't hold yourself to impossible standards just because you want to seem perfect, it's impossible and harmful.
